With 7+ years of experience in the wedding industry, Bailey founded Gathered in 2023 following the birth of her first son. She feels a deep calling from the Lord to love and serve both clients and vendors through her work, with a particular passion for building relationships and designing intentional beautiful weddings. Since launching Gathered, Bailey has grown and refined the company across three states, with Tennessee as her original stomping ground - a place she’ll always return to for another unforgettable wedding. She loves combining her passion for travel with her dedication to creating weddings that are as extraordinary as the couples she serves.

Alexis has had the privilege of spending the last six years in the wedding world! She manages The Monroe on 415th full-time while also working part-time as a Planning Assistant Gathered Wedding Planning. She absolutely loves connecting with couples at the start of their planning process and being a part of their best day ever! What started as planning her own wedding quickly grew into a desire to help other couples embrace their love stories and curate every detail of their wedding. Based in Northwest Arkansas, Taylor also has a background in graphic design and offers custom signage, invitations, and more—bringing a personal and creative touch to every wedding.
