With 5+ years of experience in the industry, Bailey started Gathered in 2023 after the birth of her first child. She feels a deep calling from the Lord to love and serve both clients and vendors through her work, with a particular passion for building relationships and designing unique weddings. Bailey's prayers for more travel weddings were answered when she and her family moved to Bentonville, AR, opening the door for more destination wedding planning. She truly loves combining her passion for travel with her dedication to creating unforgettable weddings.

Allison has been in the event industry for over four years and finds so much joy in walking with couples as they prepare for their wedding day. She loves getting to know each couple’s story and making sure their day feels like a true reflection of who they are. Friends describe her as thoughtful, steady, and someone who brings both peace and excitement to the planning process. When she’s not working on weddings, Allison enjoys playing golf, working on her needlepoint projects, going antique shopping, traveling, and spending time with the people she loves most her friends and family.

What started as planning her own wedding quickly grew into a desire to help other couples embrace their love stories and curate every detail of their wedding. Based in Northwest Arkansas, Taylor also has a background in graphic design and offers custom signage, invitations, and more—bringing a personal and creative touch to every wedding. She loves celebrating each couple throughout the entire process and making their wedding day truly unforgettable.
