Our team is based across Tennessee, Missouri, and Arkansas, allowing us to serve couples throughout the Southeast and Midwest. While these are our home bases, we love traveling for weddings and are always open to celebrations beyond these areas. If you’re planning a wedding outside of our primary service areas, reach out to us - we’d love to see if we’re the right fit!

Where is Gathered Wedding Planning based out of? 

Yes! Our packages can be paid in full upfront, or you can choose to pay a 50% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your wedding date. We also offer monthly payment plans if you prefer to spread your payments out over time. We’re happy to find an option that works best for you!

Who is your ideal client? 

Our process is designed to make wedding planning feel organized, intentional, and genuinely enjoyable. Once you officially book with us, we’ll start by getting to know you, your priorities, and your vision for the weekend. From there, our team will guide you through each stage of planning - from budget and vendor recommendations to design, logistics, timelines, floor plans, and all of the little details in between.

Your planner will be your go-to throughout the process, while our team works behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward. 

No two weddings look exactly the same, so our process is tailored to the level of planning support you need and the unique details of your wedding weekend.

What does the Gathered Wedding Planning process look like? 

Travel costs vary depending on the location and needs of your wedding weekend. We’ll go over travel logistics during your consultation and can provide an estimated travel cost at the time of booking if travel is needed for our team.

If travel is not already included in your package, any applicable travel expenses will be clearly outlined in your contract and invoice so you know exactly what to expect.
