We are currently based out of Chattanooga, TN but loveeee to travel if you are wanting us to coordinate the week of your wedding :) 

Where is Gathered Wedding Planning based out of? 

You can add an extra virtual meeting to your package for $200 an hour. With all the packages, you get unlimited emails with your planner. Our planners strive to respond within 24 hours during the weekdays.

What if I have met my capacity of meetings for the month but a question/problem has popped up and I need more guidance?

Our packages can either be paid up front with a one-time payment or by month. If you pay up-front, it is cheaper then paying month to month.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, the coordination package can be added on up until 90 days before your event. Although we recommend adding the coordination package as soon as possible in case our staff needs to book flights & accommodations! 

Can I add the day of coordination package closer to my wedding date?

3. Sign contract & pay deposit (one time payment due at signing or first monthly payment due at signing)
4. Schedule your first call and start planning your dream wedding!

What does the Gathered Wedding Planning process look like? 

No, travel costs and accommodations for our team will be an additional expense. 

Is the cost of travel included in the cost of the coordination package?
