Our Process

Pre-Wedding Consultation

First things first, let’s chat! During our pre-wedding consultation, we’ll go over all the details you’ve already planned. This is our chance to get to know your vision, answer any questions, give you personalized vendor recommendations, and make sure we’re all on the same page. We’ll handle the details, so you can focus on getting excited for your big day.

Vendor Coordination

We’ll be the point person for all your vendors. From confirming arrival times to making sure everyone knows their role, we’ll handle all the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. Whether it’s the florist, DJ, or caterer, we’ll make sure everyone is working together like a well-oiled machine.

Timeline Creation

Your wedding day should flow effortlessly, and a solid timeline makes all the difference. We’ll create a detailed schedule for the day, from the moment you start getting ready to the final send-off. This way, everyone knows what’s happening and when—no confusion, just a perfect day.

Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination

Wedding rehearsals can feel a little chaotic, but we’re here to keep things organized. We’ll run the show, making sure everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and what to do. By the end of it, you and your wedding party will feel totally confident!

Day-Of Coordination

This is where the magic happens. On your wedding day, we’re your go-to team for anything and everything. We’ll oversee vendor setups, keep the timeline on track, and handle any last-minute hiccups—all while staying behind the scenes so you can simply enjoy your day. Seriously, we’ve got this.
